1. Who this applies to
The information below concerns customers purchasing as consumers, outside their business or professional activity. Purchases made strictly in a business or professional capacity are not automatically covered by statutory consumer withdrawal rights; other contractual and legal remedies may apply.
2. Fourteen-day period
Unless a legally valid exception applies, consumers may withdraw from a contract for digital content within 14 days of concluding the contract, without giving a reason. A clear notice of the decision sent before the deadline is sufficient.
3. When digital-content withdrawal may be lost
Applicable law provides an exception for digital content not supplied on a physical medium only where all required conditions are fulfilled, including the start of supply during the withdrawal period, the consumer’s prior express consent, express acknowledgment of loss of withdrawal rights, and the legally required contract confirmation.
Paying for or receiving a PDF/XLSX by email does not, by itself, constitute express agreement to lose the right of withdrawal. We do not automatically treat delivery alone as a waiver.
4. How to withdraw
Email pastaepizzaconsulting@gmail.com with the subject “P&P digital purchase withdrawal”. Please include your name, checkout email, purchased product, date and an unambiguous statement that you wish to withdraw. You may use the optional wording below.
I hereby withdraw from my purchase of the digital product [title], purchased on [date] using [email]. Name: [name]. Date: [date].
5. Refunds and what happens next
Where withdrawal is valid, we refund amounts due within the period and using the method required by law, generally within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the original means of payment where possible. After withdrawal, the consumer must stop using or sharing the digital content.
6. Delivery and conformity support
If an attachment does not arrive or cannot be opened, contact us with the order details. We will investigate and seek to resolve the issue without requiring another purchase. Mandatory rights relating to non-conforming content or non-delivery are separate from withdrawal.
