2. Personal data collected
When you contact us, we process the details you choose to provide (for example name, email, telephone number and message). For PDF and Excel purchases, we process order identifiers, the product and language chosen, the delivery email address, and transaction information needed for administration and support.
Stripe processes card and payment details; P&P does not receive your full payment card number through checkout.
Site visits may generate technical information such as IP address, device data, network requests and hosting security logs.
3. Purposes and lawful bases
We use data to answer enquiries, carry out pre-contract steps, perform the purchase contract, deliver the file and assist customers (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)); meet accounting, tax and legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)); and secure our systems and prevent misuse where legitimate interests apply (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Non-essential marketing communications require an appropriate legal basis, including consent where required. Purchasing a product does not automatically subscribe you to a mailing list.
4. Service providers and recipients
We use Wix for the site and hosting, Stripe for payments, Make for order automation and Google Drive/Gmail for private file storage and delivery emails. Relevant information may also be available to authorised administrative advisers where necessary.
Depending on the processing activity and their terms, suppliers may be processors or independent controllers. We do not sell customers’ personal data to advertisers.
5. International transfers and retention
Cloud services may entail access to or processing of data outside the European Economic Area, subject to applicable protections and the suppliers’ privacy information.
Enquiries are retained only as needed to respond and manage potential disputes; orders and accounting information for periods required by tax or other law; technical security data for periods proportionate to the security purpose. Erasure or restriction is applied where legally appropriate.
6. Your rights
As applicable, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing, and withdraw consent without affecting previous lawful processing. Write to pastaepizzaconsulting@gmail.com. You may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, including the Italian Data Protection Authority.
7. Necessary details, automation and cookies
Delivery email and the information necessary to pay are needed to complete a purchase; without them we cannot deliver the product.
