These terms apply to digital resources sold on P&P Consulting’s website through the linked Stripe checkouts. Bespoke consulting and training services are subject to separate proposals and agreements.
2. Products, languages and compatibility
The Digital Library offers technical PDF guides and XLSX calculation tools. Each product page specifies the available language, file format, main features and price. PDFs require a compatible reader; XLSX files require software capable of reading Excel workbooks and their formulas. These are digital products, with no physical shipment or recurring subscription.
3. Prices and ordering
Current editions are listed as follows: The Colored Pasta Formula (EN), $39 USD; Pasta Extrusion Troubleshooting Guide (IT), €59; (EN), €59; (ES), $59 USD. Stripe handles checkout. Review the displayed total and currency before submitting an order. Applicable taxes must be handled according to the rules relevant to the seller and purchaser.
The contract for digital content is formed when Stripe confirms payment. Payment confirmation and the delivery email provide references for support.
4. Digital delivery
Following successful payment confirmation, the purchased file is emailed to the address given during checkout, in the selected language. Please check your junk folder. If no message arrives or the file cannot be opened, contact pastaepizzaconsulting@gmail.com with your purchase email and product name. Do not place a second order before contacting us.
5. Licence to use
Unless a product states otherwise, the legitimate purchaser may consult and use the content for personal study, their own professional activity and internal professional use. Reselling, publicly distributing the files, or presenting them as your own work without written permission from the rights holders is not authorised. Statutory permitted uses remain unaffected.
6. Technical limitations and statutory protections
Guides and tools support analysis, learning and experimentation. They do not replace assessment of equipment, production processes, food safety or local regulatory obligations. Formulas and process parameters must be assessed for the actual production conditions. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory conformity rights, legal remedies or consumer protections that apply to digital content.
7. Withdrawal, issues and refunds
Consumers benefit from applicable statutory withdrawal rights unless a valid exception applies. Automatic email delivery does not by itself amount to waiving withdrawal rights. 8. Applicable law and enquiries
